Constitutional, Humans Rights and Administrative law
Kenya’s 2010 constitution opened up the space for each and every person to institute court proceedings to protect rights and fundamental freedoms in the bill of rights that have been denied, violated, infringed or threatened. We are keen on realizing the aspirations of the Kenyan constitution and in that regard, we represent client seeking legal redress for denial or violation of their constitutional rights and also seeking court review of administrative action that is unfair and unconstitutional.
