We advise employers, employees, employer unions and employee unions on matters pertaining to employment and labour relations, as well as retirement benefits so as to avoid unnecessary litigation or disputes emanating from breach of employment contracts or collective bargaining agreements.
In the event of unfair and unlawful termination of employment contracts, we represent clients who instruct us to seek compensation through the Employment and Labour Relations court is established in pursuant of Article 162 (2) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, for the purpose of settling employment and Industrial relations disputes and the furtherance, securing and maintenance of good employment and labor relations in Kenya.
