Bio

Victor Omwebu was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in January 2011 having undertaken pupillage at the firm of Okoth & Kiplagat. Prior to that, he had graduated from Moi University with his LLB degree in 2008 and thereafter obtained his Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 2009. In December, 2019 he wound up the form of Omwebu & Associates Advocates to found Litoro & Omwebu Advocates which has grown to have a vast clientele in various sectors of the economy and striving to be a leading law firm in the region. 

Astute and dependable are the core attributes that come immediately to mind when clients describe Omwebu. Never known to shy from any novel or convoluted task, he has served clients with zeal and zest and prides himself in discharging his duties excellently and faithfully as epitomized in the school motto of “Excellence and Faithful Service” from the great Kanga High School where he schooled in his younger years. He has mentored many young lawyers and continues to offer guidance to many others in the training towards the proper practice of law. 

His main areas of practice include Constitutional & Human Rights Law,  Commercial Law-General, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Taxation & Revenue, Sports Law, Procurement Law,  Employment & Retirement Benefits, Personal Injuries & Insurance Law, Property, Conveyancing, Land Landlord & Tenant Law and debt collection. 

He also offers pro bono legal services in the area of sports law and is in the process of setting up a legal aid clinic for athletes requiring a variety of legal services.
